At Summit Roasters, we’re passionate about getting freshly roasted coffee from our roastery to your doorstep— quickly, reliably, and with care. Trust us, we get it, we love our coffee too! Here’s how we handle shipping and pickup:

Processing Time​
All orders are roasted to order. Please allow 1–2 business days for roasting and packaging. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates ​

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard Shipping:

(3–5 business days)

Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

​

Orders under $50:

Will be charged a flat rate shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Local Delivery

Live nearby? We offer local delivery within a 5-mile radius of Summit Roasters!

Just select "Local Delivery" at checkout.

A $5 delivery fee applies.

Deliveries are made within 1–2 business days after roasting.

We’ll coordinate drop-off timing via email or text.
