Summit Roasters Refund Policy

We’re all about great coffee and happy customers. If something’s not right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Coffee Orders
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order—whether it's the wrong item, damaged goods, or something just doesn’t taste right—please reach out within 7 days of receiving your coffee. We’ll either replace it, issue a refund, or find another way to make it up to you.

 

​Merchandise & Gear
Unworn and unused merch can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Just send us a quick note and we’ll walk you through the process.

Subscriptions
You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime—no strings attached. If you forget to cancel before a roast goes out, just shoot us a message and we’ll see what we can do.
