Revolver #4 — Sumatra Slow-Dry Natural (Burni Telong)
Revolver #4 is our ode to the new-school Sumatra — a meticulously slow-dried natural from the high-altitude microclimates of Burni Telong. Cherries dry for nearly a lunar cycle, letting sugars condense and aromatics develop into something far more nuanced than the Sumatras you grew up avoiding.
In the cup you’ll find layered stone fruit, blackberry compote, cherry skin, tangerine oil, and elderflower, wrapped in a clean, structured sweetness that feels almost wine-fermented. As it cools, expect a drift toward caramelized herbs, jasmine, basil, and subtle clove — the kind of evolving complexity that rewards patience and a wide-open mug.
